2 IN THE CHEST The First Of Many To Come
I had the fortunate chance to meet personally, 2 IN THE CHEST. After spending the day with them listening to the music they have recorded, I came to the conclusion that they have a very diverse style of music, they come at you with one powerhouse of a song and before you can like it or not; they slam you with another perspective. They will also keep you on the edge of your seat. These guys are something fresh; something that will keep you guessing, something this music industry really needs.
2 IN THE CHEST is made up of very talented individuals. First You have the awesome female drummer Velvet/ Rachel Barela, then there is the bass player Sancho/ Frank Murguia who has a very big chest full of experience, then you have unstoppable Reverend Black/ Rich Ornelas. After visiting with them during one of their recording sessions I came to the conclusion that Rich is nothing short of amazing. We were all conversing and they were talking about their songs, the songs that are going on the record, and he after looking through the list said we are missing something at this point he got up He went into the control room and about an hour later he came out and had a song written. Not just written it was completely done from the intro to the end lyrics and all. Now you tell me who in the heck can do that. I was blown away to say the least. Well anyway after talking with the band they had mentioned that the record should be done in a month or two and there will be a CD release party set up at an undisclosed venue.
Stand ready fans of 2 IN THE CHEST they are coming back in full force to entertain you above and beyond.
PS they mentioned to me that they may expand by adding another guitar player so if there are any guitar players out there that want to be a part of something fresh here’s your chance
